The ideal candidate will have experience in operating STP, DRA, PGW, HSS, as well as VAS platforms. They should be proficient in Wireshark/tcpdump and other industry-standard tracing/monitoring tools. Knowledge of Mobile Network related protocols and technologies is also essential.
This role involves troubleshooting services, resolving technical incidents worldwide and providing 2nd-level on-call duty support. You'll also be responsible for enhancing our IPX signalling network, monitoring its capacity and preventing issues before they impact service.
