Job Description
Under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Department:
Participate in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts (services, distribution, confidentiality, partnerships, intercompany agreements, etc.).
Contribute to the preparation and updating of legal and corporate documentation: resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and administrative follow-up.
Support coordination with external legal counsel when needed.
Help update and implement compliance programs and policies (ethics, anti‑corruption, internal procedures).
Fluency in English is required, French an asset.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Law (Master's or equivalent).
Initial experience in a company or law firm is appreciated.
Experience in a regulatedsector (pharma, medtech, biotech).
Excellent knowledge of contract law, business law.
Abilitytowork in a dynamic and international environment.
Autonomy, strongsenseofpriorities, and attention todetail.
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
