As Finance Manager of our national company in Switzerland, you will be responsible for accounting and FP&A, as well as local legal & compliance issues. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the local management team, supporting management and local teams in achieving their financial and profitability targets. Additionally, you and your team will ensure the application and correct implementation of group and local finance processes. You will also work closely with finance stakeholders from SKIDATA & ASSA ABLOY.
What you'll do :
* Responsibility for accounting, FP&A processes, and other financial issues
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies
* Optimize processes in cooperation with departments and interfaces in the country and the group, including logistics and order management
* Partner with local management in budget and forecast processes and oversee month-end closing
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, authorities, tax advisors, and auditors
* Lead the local finance and admin team
Your profile :
* Completed studies in business administration or equivalent training
* Sound knowledge and relevant further training in accounting, taxes, and FP&A
* Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, tax returns, and budget and financial forecasts
* Work experience in a similar position, ideally with management experience
* Process-oriented approach with experience in process optimization; familiarity with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics AX2012 and Oracle HFM is an advantage
* Leadership skills, team orientation, and assertiveness
* High accuracy, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working
* Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
