Role
You will be the primary contact for customers and partners in ICT and Data Center, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities include timely processing and problem-solving related to products.
We are seeking a motivated, technically interested, and responsible Junior System Engineer to join our IT department immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
* Independent problem resolution via phone, remote access, or on-site
* Operation, maintenance, and renewal of high-availability Data Center infrastructure and networks
* Administration and maintenance of small to medium customer environments with XenApp, XenDesktop, Microsoft Windows, and Exchange, including Windows client installations and rollouts
Qualifications
* Graduated in Computer Science with a focus on System Technology or equivalent professional experience
* Initial experience in virtualization & Office 365 (Microsoft certifications advantageous)
* Interest in network cabling, documentation, system configurations in Data Centers
* Fluent communication in German and English, both spoken and written
* Enjoyment of manual work in our Data Center
