About Our Client
* Our client is an international company.
Job Description
* Full management of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, HR administration, employee records, and offboarding.
* Supervision of the outsourced payroll process: data control, validation, and coordination with the external provider.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on day-to-day HR matters.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
* Handle contracts, certificates, and HR reporting.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or autonomous HR Manager.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss HR processes and administrative tools.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in French, with professional English proficiency.
What's On Offer
