To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Registry Officer to contribute to the work of the Registry Team by providing professional academic and administrative support to students, the institution and other stakeholders. The role requires a strong commitment to the integrity and consistent application of academic policies, high standards of professionalism, rigorous record keeping and effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
The mandate of the Registry Department is to maintain and ensure the integrity, accuracy and accessibility of information, in coherence with legal and school policy, safeguarding the confidentiality of student academic records, and to reinforce the academic policies and provide support of high quality and accuracy to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Student Records & Information Management
* Attendance, Conduct & Non‑Academic Records
* Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in the management of attendance and conduct data
* Student Progression Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting
* Support Academic teams by enabling effective liaison with students to promote success, retention and completion
* Assist in the upkeep and referencing of academic policy, procedure and process in accordance with the needs of program delivery
Qualifications
* Adequate knowledge of higher education sector
* Knowledge in student information systems (preferably Academia, PowerBI, Moodle)
* Proficiency in Microsoft tools
* Preferably proficient in French, in addition to English, to operate effectively in a bilingual international higher education environment
* Strong attention to detail, consistency, results. Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally in oral and written contexts
* Fosters teamwork, cooperation, and positive work relationships
