Responsibilities
Perform end‑to‑end process mapping of the current direct procurement and contract manufacturing processes, identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
Lead initiatives to standardize, harmonize, and automate processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in collaboration with IM Supply Chain Finance & Source Finance.
Act as a core business user and advocate for ongoing process refinement, identifying opportunities for streamlining and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Foster strong partnerships across finance, source, supply chain, manufacturing, and other relevant functions to ensure effective communication and alignment of transformation initiatives.
Assess and prioritize transformation opportunities based on their potential to generate maximum value, continuously evaluating the end‑to‑end direct procurement and sub‑contracting processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Experience in finance roles.
Experience with direct procurement and/or sub‑contracting processes (preferred).
Prior experience and familiarity with finance transformation initiatives (advantageous).
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a benefit.
