Your Mission:
1. You implement national and international food law requirements across our product portfolio
2. You take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of declaration data and product specifications
3. You manage article data from raw materials to finished goods
4. You approve raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance from the start
5. You qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standards
6. You respond to internal and external inquiries regarding food law topics
7. You manage product-specific certifications such as the V-Label
8. You act as the Food Fraud Officer within Planted, ensuring vigilance across our supply chain
You:
9. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a comparable discipline
10. Bring 3-6 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs
11. Offer proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling
12. Communicate fluently in English, German on top would be great; knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, Italian) is a plus
13. Work precisely, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in independent roles
14. Combine a structured, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset with a future-oriented approach
15. Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
