Join u-blox Services Product Center, where our vision is to be the leading positioning services provider for industrial mobile robotics customers. We make it simple to communicate data between IoT devices and the enterprise. You will provide technical support, help customers with solutions, and answer questions about u-blox services. Furthermore, you will work in an agile team of cross-functional experts supporting customers with industrial IoT and positioning solutions, applications, and services.
Mission: Increase u-blox recurring revenue by helping our customers achieve their objectives and successfully design-in our Services, with an emphasis on PointPerfect.
Your Responsibilities Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and use cases, and develop tailored solutions.
Create scripts and sample code for common customer use cases.
Produce application notes, tutorials, and documentation for u-blox services.
Meet regularly with product owners and development teams to advocate for customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from design to implementation.
Continuously develop your skills, improve the product, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Conduct technical pre-sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations.
Required Skills and Experience Education in Engineering or applied sciences.
Experience in embedded software development.
Programming experience with Python scripting.
Understanding of IoT protocols, particularly MQTT, and experience in industries like mobile robotics, construction, heavy machinery, agriculture, or asset tracking.
Knowledge of GNSS and high-precision positioning is a plus.
Proven experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering roles.
Ability to work well in an agile, global, and diverse environment.
Interest in evolving technology and quick skill development.
Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
