Here, precision meets humanity and directly contributes to a mission of public interest.Your key missions- Analyze and process beneficiary files to assess rights while respecting the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity.- Examine financial documents (bank statements, social insurance statements, tax documents) and handle specific or sensitive issues.- Draft reasoned decisions, correspondence, and analytical summaries.- Conduct interviews with beneficiaries as part of processing complex files.- Ensure collaboration with internal and external partners (social insurance agencies, municipalities) and follow up on tools for department management.Your profile- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; a complementary background in social insurance or law is an asset.- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in analyzing cases, ideally related to social assistance, social insurance, or a similar field.- Very good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of subsidiarity mechanisms.- Ability to analyze complex issues and exercise critical thinking.- Ease in writing and ability to reason decisions in a structured manner.- Rigor, reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a team.- Proficiency in standard office tools.What EVAM offers- A committed work environment- A telework policy- 5 weeks of vacation (6 from the age of 50)- Very good social benefits- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural contextThe recruitment process consists of 3 steps:1.
