What you will do:
Handle incoming bookings via email and phone
Independently sell reservations and process customer files using tourist reservation and Midoffice systems
Process online bookings and email inquiries
Support tasks related to customer files
Responsible for payment checks and sending travel programs
Contribute actively to the improvement of our online services
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
Travel agency / Tourism background
First professional experience desirable
Language skills: German (fluent), French (good knowledge), English (good knowledge)
Motivation, good organizational skills, flexibility, and team spirit
Sales and customer orientation
Knowledge of tourist reservation systems like Galileo, Cets, etc., is an advantage
