As a Cloud Service Operations Engineer with a focus on Endpoint and Identity, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of modern endpoint environments within our managed services portfolio.

Endpoint and Identity Operations
Operation and 3rd-level support of modern endpoint environments based on Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Entra
Handling operational incidents and service requests for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Support of device configurations, compliance policies, updates, and identity‑based access scenarios
Incident Handling and Troubleshooting
Analysis and resolution of complex issues in the areas of endpoint management, device security, and identity services
Troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and hybrid identity environments
Connected Care Service Delivery
Operational support within the agreed service scope, priorities, and SLAs
Structured and traceable documentation of all incidents, actions, and results
Customer Communication and Collaboration
Clear, transparent, and professional communication with customers during incident handling
Collaboration with customers, internal specialists, and engineers on more complex topics
What we expect
Endpoint and Identity Expertise
Experience in operating and supporting endpoint management solutions in production environments
Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows clients, and modern workplace technologies
Experience working with macOS and Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android
Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, and identity‑based security controls
Operational and Service Experience
Experience in structured support or operations roles with clearly defined SLAsAbility to handle incidents and service requests calmly, in a structured manner, and end to end
Familiarity with escalation processes, operational documentation, and service workflows
Education and Certifications
Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a related field
Microsoft certifications such as MS‑900, MD‑102, or comparable certifications are an advantage
Personal Attributes
Willingness to participate in 24/7 on‑call duty
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and appropriately for different audiences
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a calm working style even under incident pressure
Strong sense of responsibility for service quality and high ethical standards in handling customer data
