Full-time (42h/week) | ?? 12-month contractHR Operations AnalystYour ResponsibilitiesTime & Attendance ManagementPrepare and maintain monthly T&A reportsMonitor headcount and organizational structuresEnsure correct mapping of unpaid leave and resolve system discrepanciesManage interfaces between time-tracking systems ( ATOSS) and HR systemsMaintain working time models and shift structuresProcess on-call (Pikett) and travel timesHandle vacation adjustments and balance transfersParticipate in system improvements and process optimizationSupport HR Business Partners on T&A-related topics and casesAbsence & Case ManagementAccident ManagementEnd-to-end handling of accident cases (Suva, medical certificates, daily allowances)Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate system updatesIllness ManagementMonitor long-term sickness casesManage insurance registrations and related communicationProcess medical certificates and daily sickness benefits (KTG)Invalidity Insurance (IV)Manage IV cases, documentation, and decisionsEnsure accurate tracking and system entriesCoordinate all related correspondenceYour ProfileCommercial background or equivalent ; HR certification ( Personalsachbearbeiter / Zeitwirtschaft) is a plusSolid experience in HR Administration, ideally within T&A and Absence ManagementStrong knowledge of Swiss labor law (ArG, OR) and social security (UVG, KTG, IV)Experience with time-tracking systems (ATOSS or similar)Familiarity with insurance platforms ( Suva)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracyStructured, reliable, and solution-driven mindsetExperience working in international environmentsGerman & English C1/C2 (both fluent mandatory) ; French: B2Apply now or reach out for more information — I’d be happy to discuss the role with you! jid19cfda3afr jit0418afr jpiy26afr
