Client Growth Strategist

Joining Bitcoin Suisse offers an opportunity where your expertise drives sales and shapes the future of the industry. We set high standards in anticipating market trends and fulfilling client needs. As a Client Growth Strategist, you will be central to our growth strategy, unlocking new opportunities and building high-end client relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities in Switzerland.
2. Lead the firm’s top-line growth through strategic initiatives and sales excellence.
3. Drive significant sales growth, outperforming market benchmarks.
4. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing high-value deals.
5. Maximize profitability and ensure sustainable revenue streams.
6. Cultivate strategic relationships and maintain strong, lasting business streams with high-profile clients.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee the implementation of necessary changes.
8. Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team.
9. Report directly to top executives, contributing to high-level strategic decisions and shaping the company's future.

Qualifications include:

1. Higher education in Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Deep understanding of crypto and strong connections within the crypto community.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services or Technology sales.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of client needs.
7. Hands-on approach, capable of driving initiatives from concept to completion.
8. Ability to lead and motivate the sales team towards ambitious goals.
9. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
10. Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
11. Fluent in German and English.
