We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Medium Voltage Drives research and development team.
In this role, you will play a key part in contributing to the software development and working on real-time embedded solutions used worldwide in demanding industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop real-time embedded software in modern C++
* Work across the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, maintenance
* Collaborate with global engineering teams to build common control solutions for multiple applications
* Execute comprehensive testing to ensure software reliability and performance
* Provide expert technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting phases
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or similar field
* 3+ years of experience in modern C++ development (C++14/17/20) with exposure to modular architectures and large codebases
* Good understanding of embedded systems, configuration management, CI/CD, and testing practices
* Interest or foundational knowledge in control systems and industrial automation (a plus)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative setting
* Motivated, creative, self-driven, and comfortable solving complex technical challenges
