Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our Microsoft Office 365 and other office automation tools for a large-scale environment.
This role is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving these tools to ensure compliance with security standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
* Manage and support Office 365 configurations and deployments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
* Ensure that configurations comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
* Monitor and apply security policies to safeguard Office 365 services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to office automation systems.
* Assist users with technical challenges and provide support to ensure smooth usage of office tools.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MS Office 365 in large-scale environments and hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory.

Requirements:
* Strong experience with MS Office 365 in large-scale environments.
* Hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory.
* Knowledge of Azure AD, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and ITIL practices.
* Ability to create documentation and user training materials.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Visio, Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Familiarity with MS Office Online and other M365 products.
