Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant in Melide. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in daily operations, including:
Managing commercial back office tasks
Handling customer inquiries in German, English, and French
Organizing and maintaining sales records
Assisting with client orders, follow-ups, and invoicing
Deputize for sales representatives during absences
Handling switchboard and client contacts
Administrative support, including filing and document management
The ideal candidate will contribute to smooth commercial and administrative processes while providing excellent service to our international clients.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
Effective Communication skills in German (priority), English, and French (spoken and written proficiency in all three languages is required AT LEAST C1 LEVEL), ITALIAN will be a plus.
Previous sales experience and ability to support sales initiatives, either as a Sales Assistant or as an Administrative Assistant.
Organizational Skills for record-keeping and managing customer orders efficiently
Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
Speed and efficiency in task execution
Kind, professional, and customer-focused approach
