This role involves working closely with operational staff to ensure that items passed on to correspondent, custodian, and fund administrator accounts are accurately reflected in our books.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality risk assessments and reports, as well as implementing robust controls to minimize risks and improve process efficiency.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Departmental Head with certification and reporting, cash reconciliations, internal account reconciliations, securities reconciliations, and vault controls.
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced skills in VBA application development, specifically in Excel and Access, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Avaloq core banking system – Reconciliation module knowledge is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
* Support the Departmental Head with business requirements for certification and reporting
* Produce key risk assessment reports
* Implement robust controls to minimize risks and improve process efficiency
* Support the Reconciliation and Control team in resolving BAU issues
* Maintain End-user Computer (Excel and Access)
* Participate in the implementation of Swift release, new product, and new accounting plan
Requirements:
* Advanced skills in VBA application development, specifically in Excel and Access

* Avaloq core banking system – Reconciliation module knowledge
* Development mindset founded on user orientation, maintainability/structured and commented code, supporting documents, release management, testing) and output quality (often used in business audits)
