As a key player in the finance department, you will contribute to the company's mission by providing financial insights and enabling strategic decision-making.**Monthly Financial Reporting, analysis and consolidation** * Lead the monthly accounting close process, working closely with finance internationally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting * Review the affiliate submissions, analyse financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity or concern and provide recommendations for improvement to finance leads * Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements. * HFM Administration as part of the closing process * Ensure that the HFM structure is updated to meet reporting needs * Assist in the implementation of the new consolidation system **Statutory Reporting & Consolidation** * Contribute to the quarterly consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes * Collect, analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open points * Manage balance sheet reviews * Ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS **Process Improvement and Optimization** * Identify opportunities and drive recommendations to streamline the accounting processes to enhance reporting capabilities and improve ...
