Job Description
Onboarding
Analyzing and monitoring clients' portfolios using the proprietary software
Conducting portfolio analysis and preparing high‑quality reports integrating performance metrics, market trends, and economic insights
Support client‑facing activities, including presentations, portfolio reviews, and system demonstrations
Collaborating with internal teams to optimise and improve proprietary software, processes, and workflows
Supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of reporting, deliverables, and day‑to‑day processes
Leading or contributing to cross‑functional projects across the organisation, driving innovation, operational improvements, and business growth
Training to junior staff
Reporting ad‑hoc to the clients and the Management
Participating in the day‑to‑day in the office
The Successful Applicant
Graduated from a Master of Science in Finance
Engagement in CFA program highly appreciated
Minimum five years experience in portfolio analysis and client support
Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic dynamics, and portfolio impacts
Excellent knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Alternatives)
Experience in financial analysis, client presentations, and portfolio reviews
Coding skills a strong plus (Java, VBA, Python or Power Query)
Fluent in English and French
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly motivated, positive attitude and a willingness to commit to the long‑term
Swiss or holder of a valid working permit
