We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for your national customer. In customer management, you translate the respective strategy into operational measures. The implementation of customer-specific growth plans is your responsibility, as is the detailed management of your P&L.
Your responsibilities
Operational customer management
* Responsible for budget in terms of planning as well as compliance with annual call, listing, etc. Monitor budgets
* Personal regular support of key accounts
* Conduct annual meetings
* Monitoring and implementation of sales and contribution margin targets
* Regular forecast planning and monitoring
* Continuous analysis and improvement of sales and profit potentials
* Analysis and optimization of the distribution, listing, placement and pricing situation
* Initiation, follow-up, evaluation and improvement of promotional activities
* Implementation of business strategies in the area of key account management
* Implementation of activation measures in cooperation with Trade Marketing and Marketing
Strategic customer management
* Continuous development and expansion of knowledge about the customer's requirements
* Continuous monitoring of market developments and communication of all relevant information to the relevant departments and the supervisor
* Preparation of the annual reviews
The experience we're looking for
* Education/qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, trade or marketing, or comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience, either in Key Account Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Marketing required.
* At least 1 year of experience in key account management FMCG or retail
* Knowledge of the Austria Retail and its decision makers
* Experienced in handling Nielsen and GFK data and ability to analyze this data professionally
* Office package (esp: Excel and Powerpoint)

* German: Business fluent
* English: Business fluent
