Join our Innovation team to assist patrons in our Makerspace and lead engaging hands‑on classes. We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused team player who thrives on delivering WOW‑level service.
Primary Duties Include:
* Deliver exceptional customer support for all Makerspace activities, including the Recording Studio.
* Guide and train patrons on maker tools and projects, such as 3D printing, Glowforge laser cutting, and sewing.
* Design and lead engaging, accessible maker and technology programs.
* Assist with Makerspace inventory and ensure smooth circulation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Tech‑to‑Go equipment.
* Stay informed on current and emerging maker and technology trends to enhance offerings and user experience.
Qualifications:
* Associates degree or equivalent level of experience.
* 2 years of related experience, including maker and technology experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for working with the public.
