Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and driving initiatives to attract, assess, and hire top talent worldwide.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
* Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies that align with our vision and objectives.
* Monitor industry trends, talent markets, and competitor activities to keep us ahead in the talent landscape.
Recruitment Operations
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, profiles, and recruitment plans.
* Lead and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally, using social media, talent pools, job boards, and networking.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, advising on talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Projects
* Promote us as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
* Drive global projects such as the implementation of new ATS systems, process optimization, and diversity & inclusion programs.
Continuous Improvement
* Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to the HR Director and business leaders.
* Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
