We are seeking a bilingual HRBP to lead and modernize the HR function for a Swiss-based manufacturing site of approximately 90–100 employees near Sion
As a key member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will:
-Lead HR services for the Swiss site, including payroll and benefits administration.
-Modernize and streamline HR processes, focusing on efficiency and clarity, with key policies translated into English.
-Support the CEO in HR-related matters, particularly in collaboration with a new international ownership structure.
-Drive internal communication, process training, and talent development initiatives in both French and English.
-Collaborate closely with the HR Manager of the U.S. sister company to align on global HR initiatives, including employee exchange programs and international training.
-Contribute to strategic planning and execution, with a focus on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) objectives
Profile:
-Minimum 5 years of HR experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist, with proven use of English in professional settings.
-Fluent in French and English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
-Strong background in people development and internal training programs.
-Comfortable in a project-driven, fast-paced industrial setting.
-Proficient in SAP/ERP systems.
-Experience in B2B or technical product industries is highly desirable.
-Familiarity with international recruitment, including visa and relocation support for foreign talent.
