Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, achieve sales targets, and monitor operational profitability.
2. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all team members, ensuring understanding of brand pillars and seasonal strategies.
3. Lead the team in delivering superior customer service and after-sales experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Partner with the Store Manager to review monthly store performance, report business trends, and analyze competitor performance.
5. Manage merchandise requests and shipments daily.
6. Support the Store Manager in coaching sessions, providing performance feedback.
7. Optimize staff scheduling to drive sales and maintain high customer service standards.
Experience & Key Competences:
1. Ideally 2-3 years of experience in the luxury sector.
2. High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to inspire trust.
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Organized, flexible, supportive, and reliable.
5. Excellent communication and sales skills.
6. Strong team player with autonomy.
7. Positive attitude, hands-on mentality, and self-motivation.
8. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
