Top 100 Swiss FinTech scale‑up, digitizing car leasing with an intelligent, AI‑driven SaaS platform. At LeaseTeq, we simplify and transform vehicle financing – through the right combination of technology, transparency, and efficiency.
To further expand our presence in the Zurich/Zug/Ticino region and support our strong growth, we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind LEASETEQ’s business development in the greater Zurich/Zug/Ticino area. Your goal: to expand our market share, build trusted and long‑term partnerships with dealers, and make a tangible contribution to regional growth.
Your Responsibilities
- You actively develop and expand our network of partner garages and dealers in the region and achieve the jointly defined sales targets (acquisition, contract volume, revenue).
- You present and promote our financing solutions (leasing / credit) to car dealers, ensuring regular, professional, and personal support.
- You maintain a strong on‑site presence (multiple client visits per week) and build resilient, long‑term relationships based on trust and partnership.
- You identify growth opportunities in the Zurich market and develop suitable local sales initiatives to capitalize on them.
- You work closely with the General Manager Switzerland as well as the Business Development and Operations teams to enhance performance and continuously improve our processes.
- You represent LEASETEQ as a strategic partner and innovative leader in digital leasing in Switzerland.
Your profile
- You are passionate about sales, mobility, financing, or technology—and enjoy achieving tangible results together with others.
- You bring several years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the automotive or financing sector, although this is not a strict requirement. Even if you do not meet every criterion, we would still be happy to receive your application.
- You are results‑oriented and know how to translate goals into concrete actions.
- You are fluent in German and Italian and can communicate in English.
- You are based in the Zurich region or are willing to travel there regularly.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, and feel comfortable using modern digital tools (CRM, SaaS, etc.).
