HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Fashion & Accessories Innovation stream, you will lead strategic and cross-functional projects while actively contributing to the definition and evolution of the stream’s strategy.

At the interface between the Maisons, Group functions and external partners, you will structure, deploy and support innovative initiatives, ensuring their strategic alignment, operational coherence and business impact.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic & Cross-Functional Project Management

* Lead multiple strategic and cross-functional projects within the stream(s).
* Define and structure projects comprehensively (vision, stakes, deliverables) and identify emerging challenges in alignment with F&A priorities.
* Ensure coordination and communication within project teams and with internal stakeholders (Maisons, Group functions, technical partners).
* Manage budgets and timelines related to the stream.
* Identify risks, anticipate issues and propose appropriate mitigation solutions.
* Monitor and analyse project performance and ensure regular reporting.


Stream Strategy Definition

* Define and structure a client-centric, value-driven vision, ensuring consistency of Experience initiatives across all touchpoints (product, retail, digital, services) and alignment with Maison priorities.
* Translate strategic ambitions into concrete, measurable use cases, assessing business impact (desirability, performance, operational efficiency) and supporting POCs/pilot projects.
* Develop and maintain the stream roadmap (objectives, milestones, resources).
* Manage the stream’s dedicated budget and ensure proper allocation.
* Animate the internal community linked to the stream, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.


Intelligence & Partnerships

* Conduct active monitoring of scientific advances, emerging technologies and best practices in circular economy within fashion and other relevant industries.
* Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (universities, research centres, startups, technology providers, sustainability experts) to co-develop innovative solutions.
* Participate in conferences, trade fairs and working groups dedicated to innovation and circularity.


Identification & Development of F&A Innovation Opportunities

* Identify Maison needs and innovation opportunities, and assess their potential.
* Structure opportunities by defining business models and validating key hypotheses.
* Develop POCs and drive them through to technology transfer.
* Contribute to the construction and definition of the F&A Innovation stream portfolio and roadmap.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

* University degree in Fashion, Luxury, Management, Innovation or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in innovation, strategy, transformation or cross-functional project management.
* Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (Maisons, central functions, external partners).
* Experience in the Fashion & Accessories industry is a strong asset.


You Ideally Bring The Following Competencies

* Strong project management expertise (planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting).
* Knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, Agile).
* Understanding of the Fashion & Accessories value chain, including value chain challenges, industrialisation or digital/omnichannel topics.
* Strong analytical and structuring skills (business cases, strategic framing).


You Are Recognised For

* Your excellent communication and influencing skills.

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), you are comfortable working in international and collaborative environments. Italian would be a plus.

Position based in Geneva, with regular travel to France and Italy.

This is a 24-month position.
