**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Associate Director in the Legal Department.
This role is responsible for overseeing one of two Legal Operations teams, which focus on handling Authorities requests and related tasks. The successful candidate will also support the Bank in managing contracts, claims databases, and other operational tasks within the Legal Department.
As an Associate Director, you will report directly to one of the Deputy Head Legal - Vice-Director and be responsible for supervising your team and leading people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner.
* Ensure new hires are properly introduced to the team, organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.
* Set performance expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.
* Conduct underperformance processes.
* Organize and monitor the team's operations and capacity allocation.
* Review and supervise complex cases.
* Report: implement and produce periodic statistics and reports.
* Documentation and Procedures: properly document main procedures.
Collaboration:
* Internal: coordinate with the other Legal Operations Manager, improve workflows with other teams within the department, and other departments.
* External: serve as the contact point for Authorities and external service providers linked to legal operations.
Qualifications:
* Vast knowledge and previous experience (minimum 3 years) in treating Authorities and FINMA requests or experience in a Compliance role.
* Previous experience in a leadership role is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in French and English, good command of German.
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team player.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
* Proficiency in Excel/VBA.
