Join a welcoming, human, and approachable team today!For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a: Technical Real Estate Manager (GE)Your missions: Accompanied by your assistant, you will ensure optimal technical maintenance and management of the buildings/objects under management, in the interest of the owners and for the comfort of the tenants.
To do this, you will carry out the following tasks: Ensure, along with your assistant, the distribution of the workload, the quality of work, and compliance with deadlines, Conduct preliminary, entry, and exit inspections and forward the results of these inspections to the assistants for the establishment of work orders, Be the contact person with the concierges, establish their specifications and technical reports for the buildings, Follow up on technical issues and written communications, Conduct regular maintenance work and monitor incidents and maintenance requests, Establish building budgets, Carry out work for apartments and buildings, Ensure compliance of objects according to developments in the profile: You can demonstrate successful experience in a property management agency in Switzerland of at least 5 years and have a good knowledge of building technology or maintenance, You hold a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) or a commercial qualification or a qualification in building technology and have completed further training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique), You know how to manage follow-ups on work and incidents, You have excellent communication skills, are organized, and enjoy contact with clients and businesses, You are comfortable with tools (Word, Excel) and have previously worked with the Quorum software, You express yourself perfectly in French and have a good understanding of English, You show initiative and demonstrate very good interpersonal skills.
