Key Responsibilities
* Fullstack development of complex Java‑based enterprise applications
* Development, enhancement and maintenance of existing systems
* Backend and frontend implementation using Java technologies
* Integration of workflow and process engines
* Database design and optimisation
* Integration of external systems via structured interfaces
* Working in an agile SCRUM team (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
* Participation in on‑site workshops and technical meetings
* Compliance with strict governance, security and data‑protection requirements
Mandatory Skills
* Java (JSE / JEE, Spring) - senior level
* Workflow engines (Camunda / CIB Seven or equivalent)
* ElasticSearch
* XML technologies: XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD
* DevOps toolchain: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, IntelliJ
* German language proficiency C1 (spoken & written)
* Willingness to work regularly on‑site in Switzerland
* GeoServer or GIS technologies
* Experience in highly regulated environments
