What you will do :
Depending on the team you join, responsibilities vary:
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
Work towards reaching targets set by the client statement of work as well as internal goals
Answer customers’ inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues they face
Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling the most common questions effectively
Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
