High-Performance Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This role involves working as a direct point of contact for assigned stakeholders to transfer value propositions for various brands. The successful candidate will be able to understand customer needs and adapt accordingly, guiding them to solutions and agreeing on necessary steps toward them. Key responsibilities include delivering expected performance and beyond in assigned territory, differentiating value propositions to all healthcare providers, and proactively understanding real customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver expected performance and beyond in assigned territory (Sales)
* Differentiate value proposition to all healthcare providers
* Proactively and continuously aspire to understand real customer needs, lead to a solution and create a win-win situation
* Utilize innovative approaches and resources to gain access to 'difficult to see' customers
* Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: insights into customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges
* Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes own as well as In Field Team/Brand Team resources to defined key customers, act on it and constantly track progress
* Accurately identify customer position on sales cycle; effectively target and track resources to maximize sales opportunities
* Understand market challenges and identify business opportunities; deploy existing value-adding solutions to customers or drive the development of new tailored solutions
* Consistently achieve set call metrics to maximize sales
* Adhere to industry and compliance requirements while managing the territory
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including key account management skills in both practice and hospital sectors. Strong negotiation skills, a proactive and team-oriented personality are also required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office is essential, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools is valued.
