Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Leadership and coordination of the construction contractors
* Supervision of construction quality, dimensional accuracy and site safety
* Schedule, cost and risk control
* Quantity verification, variation evaluation and invoice review
* Interface management between the client, designers and the project management team
Show your expertise
* A completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. in civil engineering, architecture or a related technical field is required
* At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management in Switzerland
* Very good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (e.g., SIA)
* Experience with construction administration tools (e.g., Messerli, MS Project)
* Experience with Revit/Navisworks is an advantage
* Structured, resilient and communicative working style
* Very good German and English skills
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland
