Overview
This role is within the Swiss organization. You will be working with innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to help them be successful on AWS, working backwards from their needs.
Key job responsibilities
* Help Swiss ISVs accelerate their challenging, mission‑critical projects and recommend best‑practice architectures in line with their long‑term business outcomes. Agentic AI and SaaSification are key topics, as containerization and infusion of innovative services within their solutions.
* Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
* Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of AWS features.
* Participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts as it suits best).
* Evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g., through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences).
* Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer’s outcomes.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
* Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end‑to‑end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
* Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences and at C‑level, including training, workshops, publications.
* Fluent English and French.
* Knowledge of large‑scale automation and workflow management or equivalent.
* Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent.
* Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers.
* Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
* Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including modern large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI integration patterns or equivalent.
* Understanding of agentic AI frameworks and architectures, including autonomous agents and multi‑agent orchestration.
