What Awaits You
* Innovative Data Science Solutions: Use your analytical mindset and creative thinking to develop the next generation of Data Science solutions for our clients — for example, by leveraging Generative AI technologies.
* Monetization and Value Creation from Data: As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will focus on identifying improvement opportunities and developing analytics strategies, operating models, and value architectures to help clients monetize their existing data assets.
* Scaling Data-Driven Solutions: Your work will center on the identification, design, testing, industrialization, and scaling of data-driven use cases in close collaboration with our clients.
* Implementation of Client-Centric Analytics Solutions: You will work closely with client decision-makers to ensure that the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions developed are successfully implemented in real-world environments.
What We Are Looking For
* Successful completion of a relevant Master’s or PhD degree in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Business Administration
* First practical experience in Data Science and knowledge in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI; several years of experience are a plus
* Good expertise in statistical modelling (in Python or R) and familiarity with common frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, as well as experience in data aggregation (e.g. SQL, Spark)
* Additional advantage: knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j), BI and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
* Willingness to travel for projects, ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a high level of client orientation
