Responsibilities
* Planning, building, implementing, and optimizing email and push campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
* Future development and maintenance of automated marketing processes (e.g., welcome flows, cart abandonment, re‑engagement campaigns, on‑mountain campaigns)
* Segmentation and personalization of target groups based on customer behavior, purchase history, and interests
* Creation and analysis of A/B tests to optimize open, click, and conversion rates
* Ensuring a consistent brand message
* Close collaboration with design, content, and marketing to ensure consistent brand communication
* Reporting & KPI tracking for continuous development of the lifecycle strategy
* Evaluation of new tools and trends in CRM, automation, and customer engagement
Qualifications
* Completed training or studies in communication, digital business, etc., or professional experience in campaign management
* Analytical and economic thinking
* Motivated to drive goals and KPIs such as customer lifetime value
* Basic technical understanding of engagement campaigns via CRM tools
* High initiative – you recognize what needs to be done and tackle it before anyone has to ask
* Strong communication skills – you proactively approach people and ask the right questions
* Structured, solution‑oriented, and positive working style
* Good German and English skills, spoken and written
