In our Mechanical and Production departments, we are looking for an: Apprenticeship Master - (M/F) 80 - 100% MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Train and supervise apprentice micro-mechanics / CFC with our Head of Apprenticeship. Introduce apprentice production mechanics CFC, train and supervise them. Comprehensive management of the training plans of all apprentices during their course (eventually, 3 to 4 apprentices). Ensure the safety of the apprentices. Conduct personalized follow-ups of each apprentice and implement appropriate support to promote their success. Organize discovery internships, trades, and other events related to young people (actively involved in the apprenticeship recruitment process - forums, selection days). Contribute to ongoing training and professional development in the company. PROFILE SOUGHT CFC of micro-mechanic or equivalent title, real follow-up during the course in the company (CFFE), an additional asset. Good knowledge of the Swiss professional landscape. Minimum of 2 years experience in an industrial watchmaking environment, ideally in machining. KEY SKILLS Good ability to work in a team. Autonomous, pedagogical, and exemplary.
