In this transversal role, you will be responsible for developing the analysis and interpretation of Cartier Europe MCC insights to fuel strategies and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a referent of MCC performance in the region, you will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders: HQ, European Markets and regional Marketing, Communication, Client Engagement and Commercial teams.
Key Reponsabilities
MCC PERFORMANCE
Monitor the regional MCC Performance Framework and ensure alignment with Regional & HQ priorities
Elaborate a structured performance diffusion plan to share relevant insights with a wide array of stakeholders on a regular basis
Consolidate 360° performance overview working closely with Marketing & Communication teams (Product, PR, Media, Events, etc)
Build, update and maintain performance monitoring dashboards in collaboration with each MCC domain’s experts
Manage and update the European Client Segmentation by ensuring adoption by all teams and by providing regular analysis of the segments’ performance
Consolidate performance insights from all 7 European markets to gain a regional understanding of the business
Work closely with the regional commercial team to align priorities & performance frameworks
Coordinate transversal taskforces by providing analytical approach and articulating a 360 planning
Conduct ad-hoc transversal analysis to help answer strategic questions and provide transversal intelligence and support at regional or market level
MCC STRATEGY
Contribute to the definition of the regional MCC strategic planning and MCC priorities
Participate in the drafting of strategic presentations related to MCC
Coordinate and align the implementation of the regional client priorities by ensuring targeting and planning alignment between Client Engagement & Communication teams
Analyse and monitor competitive landscape (benchmarks, market shares)
MCC INSIGHTS
Coordinate yearly Branding Insights studies such as Brand Barometer, Brand Temperature Checks, Social Listening, Brand Vitality, etc.
Propose and lead relevant qualitative consumer studies and ensure timely delivery, working hand in hand with the MCC Insights team in HQ
PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or similar
5+ years of professional experience working in marketing, communication or business performance
Preferable experience in international luxury brands
Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Looker)
Strong presentation skills
Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills (strong knowledge of MCC data)
Strong ability to build effective working relationships with different parties
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
