Your Responsibilities:
* Lead UAT planning, execution, and issue management across multiple countries
* Communicate product capabilities and rollout plans to global stakeholders
* Collect, structure, and present testing feedback for product enhancements
* Support countries in integrating the tool into existing processes
* Develop and deliver training materials (videos, guides) and conduct training sessions
* Create communication materials for rollout phases
* Monitor usage, drive adoption, and engage local networks
* Gather evidence and articulate business benefits for stakeholders
Your Profile:
* 3–4 years' experience as a Change Manager in global transformation programs
* Proven experience managing UAT for software rollouts across countries
* Background in commercial insurance or financial services
* Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills in a virtual environment
* Ability to design and execute change, communication, and training strategies
* High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an added benefit
