Activities & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the coordination and digital delivery of complex construction and engineering projects within our Energy division.
* Define and implement BIM coordination scope, methods, and workflows in line with project requirements, BEP, and ISO 19650.
* Coordinate, verify, and validate interdisciplinary BIM models, ensuring quality, metadata consistency, interoperability, and compliance with specifications.
* Manage clash detection, issue tracking, coordination reporting, and communication of outcomes.
* Organize and lead internal and project-wide BIM coordination meetings.
* Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure timely model deliveries and data drops.
* Execute modelling and planning tasks autonomously within the assigned discipline.
* Coordinate and supervise project BIM modelers and draftsmen, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and self-check procedures are met.
* Support quantity take-offs and construction phase activities.
* Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
* Contribute to the development, standardization, and internal dissemination of BIM processes, templates, and training.
Requirements profile
* Degree in civil engineering or technical education as a technician / CAD designer.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM projects.
* Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a senior BIM role.
* Good knowledge of BIM modelling software (e.g. Revit) and strong expertise in coordination tools.
* Experience coordinating interdisciplinary projects.
* Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style.
* Fluency in German and English required; French is a plus.
* Strong communication skills.

* Experience in complex hydraulic, infrastructure or industrial projects.
* Advanced clash and issue management workflows.
* Experience with automation or BIM workflow optimization.
* Scan-to-BIM and point cloud coordination experience.
