With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.
With your ambition, independence and commitment, you will be one of the future leaders of agap2 Switzerland.
Your responsibilities will be triple:
* Management of the entire business life cycle management
* Management of the talent acquisition process
* Management of a team of consultants
Your missions will be:
* Clients and candidates sourcing
* Sales and recruitment strategy definition
* Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
* Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
* Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
* Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants

Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:
* Fluent in Swiss-German and English
* MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
* You have between 0-3 years' experience
* Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
* Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
