Job Description
* Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate and optimize schedules, arrange internal and external meetings, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and materials.
* Travel Coordination: Organize international and domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
* Document & Communication Support: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
* Project Assistance: Support CFO and CLO on ad hoc projects, including research and data preparation.
* Office Administration: Maintain records, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
