Position OverviewTimberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Concession Planner to join our DTC Planning team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The Concession Planner role will hold primary accountabilities of driving sales analysis, planning and allocating, and communicating with 3rd‑party partners for the entire concession channel (SiS, Retail, Outlet).ResponsibilitiesDrive sales analysis, plan and allocate, and communicate with 3rd‑party partners for the entire concession channel.Monitor inventory levels in stores day‑to‑day in conjunction with planning to ensure optimum stock turn, revenue and service levels.Collaborate closely with the Concession Sales team, Allocation and Planning team to manage inventory to the planned constraints and business goals.Release daily/weekly orders and maintain stock targets.Produce sell‑through reporting for the concession channel.Analyze store‑level data to identify brand/division trends, DC‑specific and store‑specific inventory issues.Analyze sales results by store and recommend adjustments, transfers, out‑of‑stock monitoring and fill size gaps.Perform initial allocation in alignment with range and assortment by store.Establish proper levels of product by store and size and distribute accordingly.Replenish: ensure proper stock levels in stores based on sell‑out, weeks of cover and DC availability.Emphasize store‑level inventory levels and basics management.Maintain strong communication with the Concession sales team and the partner organization on all relevant business information.Serve as first point of contact for delivery issues and coordinate with the logistics team for resolution.Contribute to harmonize processes and best practice with the O&O channel to optimize and simplify tasks and operational activities.Ensure full execution of mid‑season and EOS returns in a timely manner.Coordinate with Retail Operations, DC and Planning teams to align store‑level trends with open‑to‑buy and open‑to‑ship projections and forecasts.Attend and contribute to all function and department meetings.Communicate availability, transfers and price changes to stores (including pricing maintenance).Respond to store and concession sales team queries.Skills for SuccessCurious and proactive team‑player who can analyze business trends, read data, and translate direction into lower‑level execution.Proactive, flexible and comfortable working in a team setting.Strong understanding of retail stores and stock management.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic math, with the ability to analyze large data sets.Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.Interest in the brand, products and country trends.Formal education with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics is nice to have, but experience and achievements are more important.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsSupportive, feedback‑based culture with respect and integrity.Inclusive international environment welcoming diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and nationalities.On‑site gym and health & well‑being initiatives.Discount card offering 50% off all VF brands.Break‑out areas with complimentary hot drinks.Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.Equal Employment OpportunityVF Corporation, an equal‑employment‑opportunity employer, strives to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
