Quality Ambassador (QA Lead / Test Manager)

Tasks
As a Quality Ambassador, you will take on a leading role in quality, requirements, and test management, combining different perspectives from the specialist department, IT, and management. You will provide guidance in complex projects and bring quality to where it has the greatest impact.
You work closely with customers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure that expectations, processes, and results are clearly aligned. In doing so, you take a holistic approach to quality—throughout the entire digital lifecycle.
Specifically:
* You will take on leading roles in quality, requirements, and test management.
* You develop and establish scalable QA and testing service models.
* You strengthen test governance and ensure clear structures and responsibilities.
* You build distributed QA teams and further develop processes and collaboration.
* You specifically align delivery goals and stakeholder expectations.
* You implement the quality approach hands-on and directly on site in our customers' projects.
Qualifications
* You have a BSc/MSc in computer science, software engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree, and have more than 5 years of solid experience in test management within complex IT projects (or in roles such as test master, QA lead, test manager, quality engineer, etc.).
* Your expertise also covers related disciplines such as test automation, test data management, and business analysis.
* Ideally, you already have practical experience in software programming.
* You have experience in advising customers and dealing with various stakeholders.
* You are enthusiastic about new technologies and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and environments.
* You impress with your strong communication skills and a good sense for different target groups.
* You speak fluent German (level C1) and English.
* You are mobile and willing to work for customers throughout German-speaking Switzerland (varying locations).
