Operational Ownership

My duties include:
1. Running daily reports for Reservations, Operations, Sales & Marketing.
2. Processing reservations, updating data, handling deposits, responding to emails within 24 hours, and generating reports.
3. Assisting with room allocations and special requests.
4. Contacting guests or travel agents to clarify preferences or discrepancies.
5. Tracking future room availability and updating reservation systems.
6. Assisting in setting room rates and managing guest profiles.
7. Ensuring reservation data accuracy and completeness.
8. Managing statistics and controlling room inventory.
9. Handling overbooking situations and communication with partners.
10. Processing group bookings and communicating with group contacts.
11. Reviewing work methods and assisting in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
12. Addressing client feedback and maintaining high personal standards.
13. Adhering to safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.
14. Maintaining departmental equipment and upselling resort facilities.
15. Participating in meetings and training, and adhering to LQA standards.
16. Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience
I possess the necessary qualifications, including fluency in French and English, with technical skills and experience in luxury hotel operations, demonstrating proven results. I hold a hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution and have over one year of relevant experience.
My technical skills include MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel systems like PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms. I understand hotel policies regarding reservations, discounts, and MICE platforms. I am proficient in written and spoken English, with some knowledge of local language and customs.
Remarks
Work schedules depend on business needs, seasonality, and local labor laws. A European or Swiss passport is required.
