Job Summary:
The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing aftermarket and proprietary part sales for Textron Aviation products in Switzerland, based in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure effective customer communication and sales relationships.
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding parts sales within the assigned region.
Develop regional sales strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to support customers and increase sales across segments.
Research and identify sales opportunities using analytics and pursue leads actively.
Utilize marketing techniques including site visits, telemarketing, and correspondence; maintain CRM platform Salesforce.com.
Create localized marketing strategies with the Marketing team to increase customer awareness and support financial goals.
Provide sales reports and strategy updates for planning and budgeting.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade events as a representative.
Maintain product knowledge through training and reading; participate in cross-training and assume supervisory duties as needed.
Assist with procurement research for parts and materials supporting refurbishment and modifications.
Travel approximately 75% of the time to visit customers and participate in trade events.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Proficiency with Textron Aviation systems (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office).
Ability to work autonomously and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Strong relationship-building skills with maintenance directors and brokers.
Willingness to travel extensively.
European citizenship or legal permission to work in Switzerland.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
