Internship or Master Thesis (6 months)
Packaging & System Integration
As an Intern / Master Student in our dynamic team, you will get the opportunity to work on problems that really matter. With access to experts in literally every domain, state of the art equipment and software tools, you will focus on the packaging and the system integration of our cutting‑edge sensing solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with surpassing performance
* Soild understanding of mechanical design
* Previous experience of IC/MEMS packaging technology and assembly process methodologies (advantageous)
* You are a highly motivated Master Student?
* You are open-minded and are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done?
* You are a team player with excellent soft skills and you have always wanted to know what it feels like to be a part of a start-up company?
