They're seeking a seasoned
Sales Director
(Senior IC role) to lead growth across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Switzerland. This is a strategic, consultative role aimed at acquiring new enterprise logos, expanding key accounts, and embedding their platform into next-gen data architectures.
What You'll Do
* Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional growth targets
* Lead complex, high-value deal negotiations with enterprise clients
* Engage senior stakeholders to shape data and AI-ready strategies
* Partner with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements (travel up to 30%)
What You'll Bring
* 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, ideally within large, matrixed organisations
* Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
* Strong background in Data Integration, Middleware, or Cloud Data Platforms
* Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
* Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
