Your contribution to KPMG Experience supporting and navigating complex change management programs in business and digital transformations (HR, ERP, CRM, procurement transformations)
Strong understanding of stakeholder needs during transformations and transactions
Comfortable leading workshops and coaching executives, management, and project teams
Developing and closely following a detailed Change Management plan integrated with project management
Building trusted client relationships by tracking and demonstrating the benefits of change management
An empathetic individual with a passion for connecting the technical and people sides of change
This is what makes you successful Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology, or similar
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in consulting/change/project management within change or transformation programs, with understanding of IT trends
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Confidence, a point of view, and influence through knowledge of Change Management methodologies
Experience working with international clients
PROSCI certification or equivalent is a plus
Excellent English skills; German or French is an advantage
