Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within our two‑Michelin‑star restaurant, the Commis de Cuisine will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes while maintaining the precision, discipline, and quality expected in a Michelin-standard kitchen. This role works under the guidance of the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef.
*As Commis de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the following duties:** Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with the kitchen’s standards. Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events and special services. Supporting the kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow throughout the shift. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper storage of all food products.
